The CrossFit i1uvit Difference

We believe 4 main things set us apart from other affiliates:

1. Our Programming:

We have 100% CrossFit methodology programming that is written by our own head coaches. Every ability level is challenged, the needs of our own members are assessed, and our programming is written. Our warm-ups are also written to complement the WOD (workout of the day).

2. Our Community:

We have a very diverse group of members who have come together to form a collective and supportive community. We truly have the most amazing members, come see for yourself.

3. Our Coaching:

Our trainers have all completed training certificates of CFL1 or higher and are truly there to coach you through everything and help make you better in any way possible! You will get coached through the warm-up, coached through WOD preparation, and coached through the WOD. Our coaches are not just there to start the clock for you.

4. Our Belief:

At i1uvit we believe that everyone can truly change their life through the power of tiny gains. Getting just 1% better every day is possible, and extremely powerful! It's the small, everyday commitments that really make the big changes. We believe that we can help build the platform and lay the foundation for that success in your own life. We believe that getting better at CrossFit translates to other aspects of your life. It makes you a better father, mother, son, daughter, friend, employee...etc., it can't help but boil over into everything else. Our culture enforces that mediocre will no longer do, come in and work to be your best self.
