i1uvit’s CrossFit Kids summer camp gives kids the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of fitness. CrossFit Kids Camp incorporates the 10 general physical skills of fitness, games, life skills & we have fun while doing it! The 10 general physical skills are: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, & accuracy. i1uvit’s coaches teach kids the importance of teamwork, commitment, goal setting, integrity, focus and believing in themselves. Our coaches are very experienced in working with kids, and hold a CrossFit Kids certification.
