How has CrossFit changed your life/lifestyle/level of fitness? It is the tool in my life to keep me around for the ones I love for hopefully a long time. It gave me back the Athlete inside me. A fight each day for me to conquer or get beat and keep moving. It is a metaphor for life. Are you willing to lower your ego and show the world what you are capable of.

Who or what motivates/inspires you? God, Family and Friends

What is your proudest CrossFit achievement(s)? Kaizen (Japanese word) – the continuous improvement towards a worthwhile dream of goal. I just won’t quit! A 48” Box Jump!

Name one goal you are working to achieve through CrossFit? The goal for me is that I can walk into the Box and RX any movement on the WOD, not sure that will happen but I won’t ever stop working towards that goal.

Hobbies/Interests outside of CrossFit? My wife and I recently became grandparents and we are delighted and excited for this next stage in our life.
