6 Bar Over Facing Burpees
From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
9 Deadlift (155/225)
9 Bar Over Facing Burpees
From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:
12 Deadlift (155/225)
12 Bar Over Facing Burpees
....
Continue adding 3 reps per time interval. You will be following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds within the 3 min window.
