How did you find CrossFit i1uvit? I knew about I1uvit through Jogo and when they closed I decided to try this place out and loved it!
What is your athletic/fitness background? (If applicable) Played basketball in junior high and wrestled my senior year.

Favorite lift or movement: Clean
Least favorite WOD: anything with running and DU's
Least favorite movement: Deadlift

How has CrossFit changed your life, lifestyle, and level of fitness? Crossfit has given me a lot more self confidence. It has also given me something to look forward to every day and a chance to test myself and see how I improve overtime. I remember my first day of crossfit and seeing where I was verses where I am now gives me the motivation to continue this journey to improve.
Who or what motivates/inspires you to keep coming back? My motivation comes from me just wanting to better myself. I can feel myself getting a little bit faster and stronger each day and that in itself motivates me to come back. I'm also inspired by everyone else in the gym. Seeing people give it everything they've got and pour there hearts into a workout really fires me up.
What is your proudest CrossFit achievement? Whenever I PR in something is always a proud achievement for me.
Name one goal/personal achievement you would like to achieve through CrossFit? Completing a WOD with unassisted pull-ups!
Hobbies/Interests outside of CrossFit? I'm currently learning to play the ukulele, I also love watching Sunday night tv that consists of The Walking Dead and Game of Thrones!
Any advice for new members? Everyone can do Crossfit no matter what your age is or your fitness level. Don't be afraid to try new things.
