What is your athletic/fitness background?
I have played sports since I was very young and then volleyball and softball in high school.

Annie...even though I'm still not very good at double-unders

I don't really have a least favorite

Least favorite movement:
Snatch or Thrusters it’s a tie!

Favorite life quote:
Don't try to be perfect, just try to be better than yesterday.

Favorite “guilty pleasure” food:
Pizza and candy

How has CrossFit changed your life, lifestyle, and level of fitness?
It has changed my level of fitness so much both mentally and physically. I still get nervous for almost every W.O.D. but mentally know that I can push myself to do it...even though it will be physically tough!

Who or what motivates/inspires you to keep coming back:
The coaches, my husband, and everyone at i1uvit. There is so much positive energy here.

What is your proudest CrossFit achievement?
Doing an unassisted pull-up.

Name one goal/personal achievement you would like to achieve through CrossFit?
There are so many but at the top of the list is a bar muscle up.

Hobbies/Interests outside of CrossFit?
Hanging out with my family, being outdoors and going to UW Football games (sorry Kaylee)

Any advice for new members?
Don't give up! Try not to compare yourself to others and just try to get better every day.
