Favorite WOD: Not sure
Favorite lift or movement: Anything with a barbell
Least favorite WOD: Anything with double-unders
Least favorite lift or movement: Double-unders (I still can’t do them)

Favorite “guilty pleasure” food: Dark Chocolate not milk chocolate that stuff is gross
How has CrossFit changed your life, lifestyle, and/or level of fitness? It has helped me to live a healthier life and not just my physical health through exercise and eating better but it has also improved my mental health as well. I feel better about myself and am less stressed.
Who or what motivates/inspires you to keep coming back? My family. I want to show my kids that if you dedicate yourself and work hard you can achieve great things. Also I want to make sure I will be around as long as I can for them.
What is your proudest CrossFit achievement? Honestly my proudest achievement was taking the first step and making the phone call to come and see what crossfit was all about 3 1/2 years ago.
Name one goal you are working for and would like to achieve through CrossFit: To be able to RX The Murph solo!
Hobbies/Interests outside of CrossFit: Scuba diving, fishing, hunting and spending time with my family.
Any advice for new members? DON’T GIVE UP!!! It will hurt, just embrace it and it will get better (see my favorite quote)
Any additional thoughts/shout-outs/comments: I just want to say thank you to all the great coaches I have had at the gym, both past and present. All of you have taught me many different things not only in the gym but also outside the gym. You have helped become better at the workouts and improve my techniques and most importantly you have helped me to be a better person.
