How has CrossFit changed your life, lifestyle, and/or level of fitness? I was extremely insecure when I first started CrossFit because I thought only small/in shape people should be doing CrossFit. I remember one day Coach Matt and Coach Brad were doing a power clean EMOM after class (looked dope af) I could tell Coach Brad used to be a bigger guy so I walked up to him after the workout introduced myself and asked him how he started doing CrossFit. He told me his amazing journey and right then I was inspired. I signed up at i1uvit the next day.
